Terms and Definitions2.1. InDare - The name of the application "InDare," used in this Agreement to refer to the mobile application provided by the Developer.2.2. Package - Implies a set of actions covering various topics, and can be provided as paid additional content or for free. The developer is not responsible for the availability of purchased packages. The contents of packages may change over time without prior notice to users.2.4. Paid content - game elements, functions or additional features that are provided to the Player for an additional payment, regardless of the main functionality of the application.3. Subject of this Agreement3.1. The subject of this Agreement is the provision by the Developer to the Player of services related to the "InDare" application. Such services, including, but not limited to, mean the following: providing the opportunity to purchase and use game content, maintaining records of gaming activity, ensuring security and impersonal identification of Players, developing software integrated into the gaming platform, as well as providing information and other services necessary for organizing and servicing Players within the InDareapplication.3.2. The game "InDare" and its elements are intended for entertainment purposes only. The player acknowledges that all actions and activities in the application are carried out for the sake of entertainment. The player agrees that access to various game features may vary.3.3. The player agrees that he is personally responsible for all actions related to the use of game content, including purchases, as well as for all game activities.4. Rights and obligations4.1 Rights and obligations of the Player4.1.1. Participation in the "InDare" application is permitted only for persons who have reached the age of majority in accordance with the laws of their country of residence. It is the Player's responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as safety and ethical practices while using the InDare Application.4.1.2.3. do not use undocumented features (bugs) and errors in the application software and immediately report them to the Developer4.2 Rights and obligations of the Developer4.2.1. Developer Responsibilities:4.2.1.1. Regularly improve the hardware and software complex, but this does not guarantee the absence of errors in the application software or the uninterrupted operation of the hardware.4.2.1.2. Maintain confidentiality regarding the Player’s personal data in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 6 of this agreement.4.2.2. Developer Rights:4.2.2.1. Provide the Player with additional paid content, the terms of use of which are determined by this agreement. The developer also has the right to change the quantity and volume of paid content offered, their cost, name, type and effect of use at any time.4.2.2.2. Temporarily or completely suspend the provision of services without prior notice to the Player in the event of a reconstruction, repair or maintenance work on the site.4.2.2.3. Do not be responsible for the incorrect functioning of the game software. The player uses the software on an "AS IS" basis. If the Developer discovers a failure or error in the operation of the platform during the game, the results obtained during incorrect operation of the software may be canceled or adjusted at the discretion of the Developer. The Player agrees not to make any claims against the Developer regarding the quality, quantity, order and timing of the provision of gaming opportunities and services.5. Guarantees and liability5.1. The developer does not transfer this information to third parties and does not use it for purposes unrelated to the operation and improvement of the "InDare" application.7. Other provisions7.1. The invalidity of any part or clause (subclause) of this Agreement does not entail the invalidity of all other parts and clauses (subclauses). In the event that any provision violates any applicable law or is found to be invalid by a competent court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.7.2. The validity period of this Agreement is established for the entire period of operation of the application, that is, for an indefinite period, and does not imply the termination of this agreement in the future.7.3. To receive the services of the InDare application, the User agrees to fully accept all the terms of this Agreement. In case of disagreement with any of the terms of the Agreement, the User is advised to refrain from using the application services.7.4. This Agreement comes into force from the moment the User launches the InDare application and begins to use it.
